Durable, heat and chemical resistant Kalrez® O-rings from select compounds are available from stock in a range of common sizes.

DuPont Kalrez manufacture and maintain inventories of AS-568, metric and JIS (Japanese Industry Standard), O-rings. As an authorized Kalrez® distributor Daemar maintains local inventories and where local stock is not available we can quickly access product from the factory. Please refer to “Kalrez® O-rings AS568, Metric and JIS Sizes” for which we maintain an inventory, as well as custom Kalrez® O-ring specifications.

Standard O-rings

The dimensions and tolerances of Kalrez® O-rings are listed and conform to AS-568. Daemar and Kalrez maintain inventories of many standard AS-568 O-rings. Actual lead times will be established at the time of the order placement. We work closely with customers to understand and meet their needs.

Metric O-rings

The dimensions and tolerances of Kalrez® O-rings in metric sizes are listed. Daemar and Kalrez maintain certain inventories of common metric sizes but a full range of metric sizes is not normally inventoried. Actual lead times will be established at the time of the order placement. We work closely with customers to understand and meet their needs.

JIS O-rings

Many Japanese Industry Standard (JIS) O-ring sizes in compounds listed may be available for immediate shipment from your local Daemar warehouse. Orders for quantities, sizes, and compounds not in inventory will be made to order. Please call your local Daemar rep for current inventory status and estimated shipment dates for your specific requirements. O-ring sizes not listed can be manufactured on a special order basis.

Custom O-rings

Kalrez® O-rings are also available in custom cross-section and/or diameter dimensions and tolerances. Kalrez® custom O-rings are typically made to order. Orders for quantities, sizes and compounds will be placed and processed to within standard manufacturing lead times.

Splice & Join O-rings

Kalrez® Splice & Join O-rings can be produced in a broad range of customized cross-section and diameter dimensions to meet specific needs. Cross sections are available within a range of 0.118 to 0.500″ (3.00 mm to 12.70 mm) for many compounds with a minimum inside diameter of 26.000″ (660.40 mm). Kalrez® Splice & Join O-rings are typically made to order. Orders for quantities, sizes and compounds will be placed and processed to within standard manufacturing lead times.
