JM Clipper Seals
Made from a Kevlar reinforced heel, JM Clipper Seals can be used as a solid or a split seal. With inch and metric shaft sizes we can provide from stock a seal for almost any size ranging from below one inch to well over 40 inches OD. Nitrile, Viton materials are available and many lip designs for your specific sealing environments.
LUP Series
General purpose spring-loaded single lip seal. Features nonmetallic composite OD for damage-free installation. For oil or grease retention
Applications: electric motors, gearboxes, pumps, fans, run out tables, paper rolls, work rolls, mixers and custom equipment.
LPD Series
General purpose spring-loaded single lip seal. Features nonmetallic composite OD for damage-free installation. LPD can be furnished with/without spring retainer feature. For oil or grease retention

RUP Series
General purpose spring-loaded single lip seal. Features nonmetallic composite OD for damage-free installation. Available in solid or split. Splits feature a positive bore retention and require no cover plate. Splits are for grease retention-with oil, some seepage may occur.
Applications: electric motors, gearboxes, pumps, fans, run out tables, paper rolls, work rolls, mixers and custom equipment.
RPD Series
General purpose spring-loaded single lip seal. Features nonmetallic composite OD for damage-free installation. Available in solid or split. Splits feature a positive bore retention and require no cover plate. Splits are for grease retention-with oil, some seepage may occur.

LUPW Series
Spring-loaded single lip. Feature nonmetallic composite OD for damage free installation. Oscillating or angular movement at low surface speed.
Applications: oil retention and low speeds.
LPDW Series
Spring-loaded single lip. Feature nonmetallic composite OD for damage free installation. High run out conditions for applications for up to 1″ (25.4 mm) total eccentricity

LDS Series
General purpose double lip features nonmetallic composite OD for damage-free installation. LDS profile has a primary spring-loaded lip with a non-spring loaded secondary lip for exclusion of light dust or contamination. For oil retention. Excludes light dust and fluid.
Applications: electric motors, gearboxes, pumps, fans, run out tables, paper rolls,work rolls, mixers and custom equipment.
SS Series
General purpose springless single lip seal. Features nonmetallic composite OD for damage free installation. For grease retention and excludes light dust and fluids.
Applications: light duty applications.
STLUP Series
Spring loaded single lip with a heavy-duty metal band inserted in composite OD. ST design features metal bands for absorbing shock load and greater bore retention. For heavy-duty applications.
Applications: work rolls, paper rolls, backup rolls and custom equipment.
STLPD Series
Spring loaded single lip with a heavy-duty metal band inserted in composite OD. ST design features metal bands for absorbing shock load and greater bore retention. Heavy duty steel mill roll neck bearing service.
Applications: work rolls, paper rolls, backup rolls and custom equipment.
HP Series
High pressure with a fluoroelastomer sealing element, outer metal case, and a PTFE back up element for pressure. Standard carbon steel case. Stainless steel and other alloys available upon request. The high pressure (HP) seal is designed to handle rotary and reciprocating motions at high speeds and temperatures.
Applications: pumps, compressors and custom equipment.
