Vee Packing Sets
DMR presently stocks Female and Male Adapters (top and bottom) in fabric reinforced Nitrile and Nylon. V-Rings (center rings) are stocked in fabric reinforced Nitrile and in homogeneous 90 Durometer Nitrile. (Call for availability of other compounds) In general, fabric Vees are for high pressure, and homogeneous Vees are for low pressure. The selection of fabric or homogeneous compounds should be made on the basis of operating pressure, temperature, and the type of gaseous or fluid medium with which the packing must function.
Hydrolock Vee Packing Sets
These vee sets utilize hytrel & nylon vees to cover pressure from 0 to 6,000 psi and provide excellent extrusion resistance. Male & female bearings are molded from glass filled nylon. NOTE: These vee sets do not contain guidelock bearings. They are sold seperately.
Guide Lock Piston Rings
Molded from glass filled nylon, these step-cut bearings also act as retainers for Hydrolock vee sets.
