U-Cups
U-Cups derive their name from their shape and are self-sealing on both the inside diameter and outside diameter. They are most often used for sealing rams or rods and are very popular due to the small gland space required.

HRU Series
The HRU Series U-Cup has a chamfered lip and is available at DMR in 80 Durometer Nitrile.
Recommended for -40° to +250°F temperature. 1250 PSI to 2000 PSI pressure range.
HSU Series
Style HSU u-seals are precision molded from 90 Dureometer Buna-N rubber
Recommended for -40° to +250°F temperature. 0 PSI to 2000 PSI pressure range.
870 Series
The 870 Series U-Cup has a flat sealing lip and is available at DMR in 70 Durometer Nitrile.
Recommended for -40° to +240°F temperature. 1250 PSI to 500 PSI pressure range.
DSU Series
The DSU Series U-Cup has a chamfered lip and is available at DMR in 94 Durometer Urethane. The symmetrical section allows the DSU U-Cup to be employed as a rod or piston seal.
DPU Series
Heavy Duty Piston U-Cup. Specifically designed as piston seals, these u-cups are engineered to seal on their outside diameter. They offer extended service life and maximum reliability in piston sealing.
DRU Series
Heavy Duty Rod U-Cup. These U-Cups are specifically designed to seal on their inside diameter and engineered to attain maximum life and reliability in dynamic rod sealing.
DRTU Series
Heavy Duty Rod U-Cup. These U-Cups are specifically designed with a second lip on their inside diameter and engineered to attain maximum life and reliability in dynamic rod sealing. This feature results in reduced leakage, less friction, increased stability and prevents air and contaminants from entering the cylinder.
RTUB Series
Super Duty Rod U-Cup. Featuring high pressure and high shock load capability, this U-Cup utilizes the same twin lip design found in RTU style. With the main body of the seal molded from high performance polyurethane, this seal incorporates a dynamically designed nitrile energizer and a tough polyacetal anti-extrusion ring. It is capable of pressures up to 10,000 PSI.
