Outside Sales Representative – Midwestern States, USA
Position Summary
A leading distributor of Fluid Sealing Products and Precision Components is currently seeking an Outside Sales Representative for Business to Business Industrial Sales. Responsibilities
- Generate profitable revenue growth through establishing new customers, penetrating new and existing customer accounts and retaining those customers.
- Establish, maintain and service accounts, covering assigned territory to ensure high customer satisfaction, positive long-term relationships and repeat business
- Conduct sales presentations to customers
- Routinely interact face-to-face with customers to foster strong relationships and maintain satisfaction
- Work with Sales Manager to provide business planning to reach sales goals
- Be personally accountable for time management and set priorities to reach sales goals
- Understand and use basic selling techniques: open, probe, presentation, over-coming objections and closing
- Identify opportunities, negotiate and manage sales
- Effectively assess customer needs, present products and solutions, and close sales
- Understand buying decisions, buying processes and cash flow dynamics of customers
- Compensation will be driven by the ability to achieve or exceed established sales goals
- Consistently maintain account and customer contact and record follow up details in CRM
- Assist with on-site troubleshooting of customers’ concerns
- Work with customers to identify, quote, engineer, and close product and solution sales
- Rapidly build knowledge of Daemar’s product lines in order to provide technical support as required
- Identify opportunities, negotiate and manage sales
Required Experience, Skills and Knowledge
- Ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously with ability to respond quickly to customer requests
- Excellent presentation, verbal and written communication skills

- Maintaining proficiency with Customer Relationship Management software
- Proficiency with personal computers, Internet, and Microsoft Office products
- You could be required to wear personal protective equipment (i.e. protective footwear, safety eyewear, etc.)
- College degree preferred or equivalent education and experience
- 3 to 5+ years experience in outside sales, preferably in Industrial Distribution
- Reliable transportation and current driver’s license
