Position Summary
A leading distributor of Fluid Sealing Products and Precision Components is currently seeking a Sales Representative for Business to Business Industrial Sales. If you are a highly motivated, organized, strive to win team player – then we want to talk to you!
Responsibilities
- Increasing sales penetration within assigned territories
- Prospect and establish sales base, formulate sales targets, and work to achieve quota
- Develop account sales strategies that include core company solutions for outbound and inbound sales calls
- Utilize account management and business development skills to cultivate multi-level customer relationships in order to uncover specific needs of key decision makers
- Management and growth of existing customer base
- Identify customers business needs
- Understand industry trends, issues and competition
- Maintain consistent level of professionalism associated with the position
- Provide timely reports summarizing business activities on a weekly basis
Required Experience, Skills and Knowledge
- Experience in Industrial Sales preferred
- Experience at forecasting, meeting quotas, and prospecting for new customers
- High level of computer literacy important
- Strong organizational skills with ability to prioritize, multi-task and follow up
- Excellent phone, email and communication skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
- College/University degrees is an asset
- Self starter and self motivated
