Outside Sales Representative – Edmonton, Alberta, Canada

Position Summary

You will be working in a fast paced team environment providing quick and accurate information to our customers. Employee will be responsible for maintaining existing relationships and working to develop new business throughout the territory.

Responsibilities

• Promote the entire line of Daemar products and programs to our customers
• Work with local sales manager to develop plans to increase sales
• Make direct contact with customers maintaining existing business and work to find new opportunities in the territory
• Maintain customer satisfaction and provide technical support when required
• Generate requests for quote
• Achieve personal sales and profit quotas
• Follow all territory quotes and overcome objections if required
• Maintain customer account information in Daemar customer relationship management software
• Provide annual budget for expected sales, profit and expenses
• Maintain consistent level of professionalism associated with the position
• Provide timely reports summarizing business activities on a weekly basis

Qualifications

• Understand and demonstrate basic selling skills such as overcoming customer objections and ability to close the sale
• Good computer skills
• Excellent verbal and communication skills
• High school diploma or equivalent
• College/University degrees is an asset
• Ability to perform in a quota driven environment
• Capable of applying high mechanical aptitude and problem solving ability
