Outside Sales Representative – Edmonton, Alberta, Canada
Position Summary
You will be working in a fast paced team environment providing quick and accurate information to our customers. Employee will be responsible for maintaining existing relationships and working to develop new business throughout the territory.
Responsibilities
- Promote the entire line of Daemar products and programs to our customers
- Work with local sales manager to develop plans to increase sales
- Make direct contact with customers maintaining existing business and work to find new opportunities in the territory
- Maintain customer satisfaction and provide technical support when required
- Generate requests for quote
- Achieve personal sales and profit quotas
- Follow all territory quotes and overcome objections if required
- Maintain customer account information in Daemar customer relationship management software
- Provide annual budget for expected sales, profit and expenses
- Maintain consistent level of professionalism associated with the position
- Provide timely reports summarizing business activities on a weekly basis
Qualifications
- Understand and demonstrate basic selling skills such as overcoming customer objections and ability to close the sale
- Good computer skills
- Excellent verbal and communication skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
- College/University degrees is an asset
- Ability to perform in a quota driven environment
- Capable of applying high mechanical aptitude and problem solving ability
