Dans une certaine mesure, cela est vrai si les conditions hydrodynamiques sont \u00e9tablies et que les surfaces ont un contact minimal. Le palier composite, dans les engins de terrassement, fonctionne g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement dans un \u00e9tat de lubrification limite. Les huiles hydrocarbon\u00e9es sont avantageuses et peuvent produire des r\u00e9ductions d\u00e9cupl\u00e9es des taux d&#8217;usure. En mouvement oscillant, la doublure en fibre synth\u00e9tique \/ PTFE agit comme un v\u00e9ritable lubrifiant limite lorsque la direction du mouvement change et que le film de lubrification s&#8217;effondre. En rotation, avec lubrification \u00e0 l&#8217;huile, le taux d&#8217;usure du composite CJ a \u00e9t\u00e9 trouv\u00e9 \u00e9gal \u00e0 celui des roulements en bronze fritt\u00e9 ou coul\u00e9. Les huiles et graisses fluorocarbon\u00e9es doivent \u00eatre \u00e9vit\u00e9es car elles se sont av\u00e9r\u00e9es ramollir les fibres synth\u00e9tiques et augmenter consid\u00e9rablement le taux d&#8217;usure. Il est possible d&#8217;ajouter des trous de lubrification au roulement CJ, mais les rainures ne sont pas pratiques. La r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 l&#8217;abrasion des fibres synth\u00e9tiques rend la fabrication des rainures difficile et co\u00fbteuse.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<hr style=\"border: 1px solid #cecece\" \/>\n<div class=\"row-fluid\">\n<div class=\"rhcol span12\"><strong>Propri\u00e9t\u00e9s thermiques<\/strong><br \/>\nLa plage de temp\u00e9rature de fonctionnement des roulements CJ est de -320 \u00b0 F \u00e0 + 300 \u00b0 F (-195 \u00b0 C \u00e0 + 149 \u00b0 C). Le roulement a \u00e9t\u00e9 stabilis\u00e9 thermiquement \u00e0 une temp\u00e9rature sup\u00e9rieure \u00e0 300 \u00b0 F (149 \u00b0 C) et tr\u00e8s peu de changement dimensionnel se produira dans le roulement pendant le fonctionnement. \u00c0 l&#8217;\u00e9tat libre, le coefficient de dilatation du roulement CJ dans la direction radiale est d&#8217;environ 7 x 10-6 po \/ po \/ \u00b0 F. Lors d&#8217;un ajustement serr\u00e9 dans un bo\u00eetier, le roulement CJ assume le coefficient de dilatation du mat\u00e9riau du bo\u00eetier, tant que l&#8217;ajustement serr\u00e9 est maintenu, et ainsi le module \u00e9lastique du roulement est maintenu, car le module \u00e9lastique du roulement est inf\u00e9rieur \u00e0 le module d&#8217;\u00e9lasticit\u00e9 de la plupart des m\u00e9taux.<br \/>\nLe composite CJ est un isolant thermique et lorsque la chaleur est g\u00e9n\u00e9r\u00e9e par le frottement de fonctionnement, la surface d&#8217;usure du roulement peut \u00eatre plus chaude que le bo\u00eetier adjacent en raison du retard thermique.<br \/>\n\u00c9tant donn\u00e9 que le roulement install\u00e9 ne peut pas se dilater vers l&#8217;ext\u00e9rieur, il pousse vers l&#8217;int\u00e9rieur, ce qui r\u00e9duit le jeu d&#8217;arbre. Pour cette raison, le jeu d&#8217;arbre doit \u00eatre augment\u00e9 pour les applications de fonctionnement \u00e0 sec qui ont des vitesses de fonctionnement \u00e9lev\u00e9es. Naturellement, le refroidissement des fluides et les lubrifiants r\u00e9duiront les temp\u00e9ratures de fonctionnement.
