Ce mandat concurrentiel affecte toutes les facettes de la conception, y compris les fixations n\u00e9cessaires pour maintenir les composants en place. Un type de fixation non filet\u00e9e qui a \u00e9t\u00e9 largement utilis\u00e9 pour atteindre ces objectifs est la <a href=\"https:\/\/daemar.com\/fr\/rotor_clip_56\/\">bague de retenue<\/a>. Savoir quel anneau utiliser dans une situation de fixation donn\u00e9e peut grandement contribuer \u00e0 l&#8217;efficacit\u00e9 globale et \u00e0 l&#8217;\u00e9conomie d&#8217;une conception.<\/p>\n<p>Tout comme une vis a besoin d&#8217;un trou correctement taraud\u00e9, les <a href=\"https:\/\/daemar.com\/fr\/rotor_clip_56\/\">bagues de retenue<\/a> ont besoin de rainures correctement coup\u00e9es pour de meilleures performances. Les deux parois de la rainure doivent \u00eatre parall\u00e8les et perpendiculaires \u00e0 l&#8217;axe de l&#8217;arbre ou du bo\u00eetier.<\/p>\n<p>La profondeur de la rainure doit \u00eatre respect\u00e9e car la profondeur et les rayons inf\u00e9rieurs de la rainure d\u00e9terminent la quantit\u00e9 de support que la paroi de rainure porteuse fournira. Les deux autres &#8211; un avec un rayon et un avec un chanfrein &#8211; repr\u00e9sentent des conditions qui compromettent la capacit\u00e9 de pouss\u00e9e. Vous remarquerez que la pi\u00e8ce retenue entre en contact avec la bague au niveau de son bord ext\u00e9rieur. Lorsqu&#8217;une charge est appliqu\u00e9e, elle cr\u00e9e une action de levier contre la paroi de rainure charg\u00e9e. Sous des charges extr\u00eames, cela peut conduire \u00e0 une d\u00e9formation de l&#8217;anneau et finalement \u00e0 une d\u00e9faillance. Si ces conditions existent &#8211; et cela doit \u00eatre soigneusement \u00e9tudi\u00e9 avant que la conception ne soit termin\u00e9e &#8211; il peut \u00eatre souhaitable d&#8217;envisager d&#8217;utiliser une bague de retenue renforc\u00e9e pour garantir l&#8217;int\u00e9grit\u00e9 de l&#8217;application.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<h3>BASIQUE VS. INVERS\u00c9<\/h3>\n<div class=\"row-fluid\">\n<div class=\"rhcol span6\">\n<p class=\"p1\">La s\u00e9lection des types d&#8217;anneaux les mieux adapt\u00e9s \u00e0 des conditions de chargement sp\u00e9cifiques est tout aussi importante pour la pr\u00e9paration correcte des rainures. Alors que de nombreux styles de bagues partagent des caract\u00e9ristiques de conception communes, chacun a ses propres caract\u00e9ristiques sp\u00e9ciales qui doivent \u00eatre prises en compte par rapport \u00e0 la conception individuelle.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Par exemple, lorsque les conditions de chargement exigent un engagement maximal dans la rainure, les bagues de base &#8211; illustr\u00e9es dans la moiti\u00e9 gauche de chaque dessin de la figure 3 &#8211; seront le meilleur choix. Cependant, l\u00e0 o\u00f9 la charge n&#8217;est pas critique mais, disons, la saillie de la patte des anneaux de base cr\u00e9e un probl\u00e8me d&#8217;interf\u00e9rence &#8211; ou lorsqu&#8217;un \u00e9paulement sup\u00e9rieur en saillie uniforme est important &#8211; la pr\u00e9f\u00e9rence doit \u00eatre donn\u00e9e aux anneaux invers\u00e9s indiqu\u00e9s dans le moiti\u00e9s droites de chaque dessin. Il est courant que les conceptions d&#8217;anneaux invers\u00e9s soient utilis\u00e9es dans des applications \u00e0 faible capacit\u00e9 de charge o\u00f9 l&#8217;esth\u00e9tique est la principale pr\u00e9occupation. Ces anneaux peuvent \u00e9galement rem\u00e9dier aux cas de rupture par fatigue.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Les <a href=\"https:\/\/daemar.com\/fr\/radially_assembled_120.html\/\">anneaux install\u00e9s radialement<\/a> diff\u00e8rent \u00e9galement. <a href=\"https:\/\/customerlink.daemarinc.com\/landing\/category\/Retaining__Rings\/Rotor__Clip%C2%AE__Retaining__Rings\/Radially__Assembled__Rings\/C___--___External__Crescent__Ring\">L&#8217;anneau croissant (\u00abC\u00bb)<\/a> \u00e0 gauche de la figure 5 est pr\u00e9f\u00e9r\u00e9 lorsque l&#8217;espace est limit\u00e9 et que les charges ne sont pas tr\u00e8s lourdes. (Ils sont \u00e9galement plus inviolables).<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/customerlink.daemarinc.com\/landing\/category\/Retaining__Rings\/Rotor__Clip%C2%AE__Retaining__Rings\/Radially__Assembled__Rings\/E___--___External__E__Ring\">L&#8217;anneau en E<\/a> au milieu est id\u00e9al pour les gros \u00e9paulements, tandis que <a href=\"https:\/\/customerlink.daemarinc.com\/landing\/category\/Retaining__Rings\/Rotor__Clip%C2%AE__Retaining__Rings\/Radially__Assembled__Rings\/RE___--___External__Reinforced__E__Ring\">l&#8217;anneau en E renforc\u00e9<\/a> \u00e0 la bonne fonctionne mieux pour les applications caract\u00e9ris\u00e9es par des vibrations \u00e9lev\u00e9es, un r\u00e9gime et des charges cycliques.<\/p>\n<p>L&#8217;anneau renforc\u00e9 est interchangeable avec <a href=\"https:\/\/daemar.com\/fr\/radially_assembled_120.html\/\">l&#8217;anneau en E<\/a> mais saisit le fond de la rainure avec 3 \u00e0 5 fois la force radiale et a une plus grande r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 la rupture par fatigue. Dans la plupart des cas, son diam\u00e8tre \/ \u00e9paulement ext\u00e9rieur est plus grand que celui de <a href=\"https:\/\/daemar.com\/fr\/radially_assembled_120.html\/\">l&#8217;anneau en E<\/a>, ce qui est un autre facteur \u00e0 prendre en compte. La plupart des <a href=\"https:\/\/daemar.com\/fr\/rotor_clip_56\/\">bagues de retenue<\/a> sont fabriqu\u00e9es \u00e0 partir de mat\u00e9riaux \u00e0 ressort et sont trait\u00e9es thermiquement pour conserver leur \u00e9lasticit\u00e9. Les <a href=\"https:\/\/daemar.com\/fr\/end-play-takeup_121.html\/\">anneaux courb\u00e9s<\/a> (Figure 6) peuvent \u00eatre aplatis sous pression et retourneront \u00e0 leur hauteur d\u00e9finie lorsque la pression est rel\u00e2ch\u00e9e. Il s&#8217;ensuit alors que lorsque la bague est aplatie partiellement ou compl\u00e8tement, elle exerce une contre-pression \u00e0 peu pr\u00e8s de la m\u00eame mani\u00e8re qu&#8217;un ressort, en reprenant le jeu axial.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Dans les deux illustrations \u00e0 gauche de la figure 6, la compression est minimale, alors qu&#8217;\u00e0 droite les deux anneaux sont plus plats. Les anneaux plus plats indiquent que les pi\u00e8ces retenues \u00e9taient l\u00e9g\u00e8rement plus longues et les anneaux se sont adapt\u00e9s \u00e0 cette condition. En raison de leur \u00e9lasticit\u00e9, les <a href=\"https:\/\/daemar.com\/fr\/end-play-takeup_121.html\/\">anneaux courb\u00e9s<\/a> \u00absuivront\u00bb tout mouvement axial de la pi\u00e8ce retenue dans les limites de la hauteur de l&#8217;arc. Cependant, le chargement de pr\u00e9cision n&#8217;est pas le seul objectif de conception pour leur utilisation. Les <a href=\"https:\/\/daemar.com\/fr\/end-play-takeup_121.html\/\">anneaux cintr\u00e9s<\/a> produisent une force de compression pour r\u00e9duire les bruits et les vibrations.<\/p>\n<p>Il existe \u00e9galement des anneaux de retenue qui combinent les caract\u00e9ristiques d&#8217;une installation radiale avec une reprise du jeu axial. Sur la figure 7, <a href=\"https:\/\/customerlink.daemarinc.com\/landing\/category\/Retaining__Rings\/Rotor__Clip%C2%AE__Retaining__Rings\/Rings__Used__for__End_--_Play__Take__Up\/BE___--___External__Bowed__E__Ring\">l&#8217;anneau est de type E de base<\/a>, courb\u00e9 sur ce qui est repr\u00e9sent\u00e9 ici comme son axe horizontal. On tire parti des caract\u00e9ristiques du ressort de l\u2019anneau, mais dans le propre plan de l\u2019anneau. La bague interne a un biseau de 15 degr\u00e9s le long de la p\u00e9riph\u00e9rie externe, la bague externe le long du bord interne. Le profil de la rainure correspond \u00e0 celui de la bague, la paroi biseaut\u00e9e supportant la charge. Ici aussi, le calcul de l&#8217;emplacement de la rainure est de la plus haute importance.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Les dessins \u00e0 gauche, en haut et en bas de la figure 8 montrent un engagement minimum de rainure; c&#8217;est-\u00e0-dire avec la bague plac\u00e9e \u00e0 au moins la moiti\u00e9 de la profondeur de la rainure. La <a href=\"https:\/\/customerlink.daemarinc.com\/landing\/category\/Retaining__Rings\/Rotor__Clip%C2%AE__Retaining__Rings\/Rings__Used__for__End_--_Play__Take__Up\/VHO___--___Internal__Beveled__Housing__Ring\">bague interne<\/a> est comprim\u00e9e \u00e0 moins que son diam\u00e8tre libre, tandis que la <a href=\"https:\/\/customerlink.daemarinc.com\/landing\/category\/Retaining__Rings\/Rotor__Clip%C2%AE__Retaining__Rings\/Rings__Used__for__End_--_Play__Take__Up\/VSH___--___External__Beveled__Shaft__Ring\">bague externe<\/a> est plus \u00e9tendue que son diam\u00e8tre libre. Les propri\u00e9t\u00e9s de ressort des anneaux entra\u00eeneront l&#8217;ouverture du type interne et la fermeture plus compl\u00e8te du type externe, en exer\u00e7ant dans chaque cas une pression axiale contre la pi\u00e8ce retenue.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">L&#8217;emplacement de la rainure doit \u00eatre pr\u00e9cis pour \u00e9viter un enfoncement complet de la bague dans la rainure. La bague agit comme un coin entre la paroi de la rainure et la pi\u00e8ce qu&#8217;elle verrouille rigidement. L&#8217;assemblage ne \u00abrespirera\u00bb pas comme avec un anneau courb\u00e9 qui peut fl\u00e9chir sous la charge.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Tandis que le bord biseaut\u00e9 de la bague se d\u00e9place le long de la paroi de rainure biseaut\u00e9e pour une reprise suppl\u00e9mentaire du jeu axial, jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 ce qu&#8217;il puisse atteindre la position repr\u00e9sent\u00e9e pour un engagement maximal dans la rainure, il ne peut pas reculer, m\u00eame sous charge.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Il est important de noter que les <a href=\"https:\/\/daemar.com\/fr\/end-play-takeup_121.html\/\">anneaux courb\u00e9s<\/a> offrent une meilleure prise de jeu axial que les dispositifs de <a href=\"https:\/\/daemar.com\/fr\/end-play-takeup_121.html\/\">retenue biseaut\u00e9s<\/a>. Cependant, les dispositifs de retenue biseaut\u00e9s offrent une prise de jeu d&#8217;extr\u00e9mit\u00e9 rigide et doivent \u00eatre pris en compte lorsque des charges cycliques se produisent. L&#8217;anneau circulaire simple en haut \u00e0 gauche de la figure 9 a une <a href=\"https:\/\/customerlink.daemarinc.com\/landing\/category\/Retaining__Rings\/Rotor__Clip%C2%AE__Retaining__Rings\/Self_--_Locking__Rings\/TY___--___Toothed__External__%22Push__on%22__Ring__(Flat__Rim)\">jante plate<\/a> et supportera des charges statiques mod\u00e9r\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<p>Il est largement utilis\u00e9 en raison de son diam\u00e8tre ext\u00e9rieur relativement petit.L&#8217;anneau autobloquant circulaire renforc\u00e9 \u00e0 c\u00f4t\u00e9 de lui a une <a href=\"https:\/\/customerlink.daemarinc.com\/landing\/category\/Retaining__Rings\/Rotor__Clip%C2%AE__Retaining__Rings\/Self_--_Locking__Rings\/TX___--___Toothed__External__%22Push__on%22__Ring__(Curved__Rim)\">jante incurv\u00e9e<\/a> et supportera des charges plus importantes m\u00eame si des vibrations sont pr\u00e9sentes. Cependant, il a un diam\u00e8tre ext\u00e9rieur plus grand. Ces deux anneaux fonctionnent sur le m\u00eame principe: les broches r\u00e9sistent \u00e0 la contre-pression en creusant l\u00e9g\u00e8rement dans l&#8217;arbre. Les fixations ne peuvent donc \u00eatre d\u00e9plac\u00e9es que dans une seule direction.
