Dans certains cas, le jeu axial peut \u00eatre \u00e9limin\u00e9 par des <a href=\"https:\/\/daemar.com\/fr\/align\/\">cales<\/a>, des rondelles et des dispositifs similaires ou par un &#8220;assemblage s\u00e9lectif&#8221; dans lequel les pi\u00e8ces avec des tol\u00e9rances plus ou moins sont soigneusement adapt\u00e9es pour fournir l&#8217;ajustement serr\u00e9 souhait\u00e9. Mais dans la production \u00e0 grande vitesse, ces alternatives peuvent \u00eatre d&#8217;un co\u00fbt prohibitif \u00e0 la fois pour les mat\u00e9riaux et la main-d&#8217;\u0153uvre d&#8217;assemblage.<\/p>\n<p>Les fabricants ont b\u00e9n\u00e9fici\u00e9 du remplacement des <a href=\"https:\/\/daemar.com\/fr\/end-play-takeup_121.html\/\">anneaux de retenue biseaut\u00e9s<\/a> pour ces autres alternatives. Les anneaux biseaut\u00e9s offrent tous les avantages d&#8217;\u00e9conomies de co\u00fbts des anneaux conventionnels avec un avantage suppl\u00e9mentaire: ils compensent les tol\u00e9rances accumul\u00e9es ou l&#8217;usure des pi\u00e8ces retenues et fournissent une reprise rigide du jeu axial dans l&#8217;assemblage. Cela permet aux fabricants de travailler avec des tol\u00e9rances plus importantes dans les pi\u00e8ces \u00e0 assembler et d&#8217;atteindre les caract\u00e9ristiques de performance requises.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"rhcol span2\"><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<h3>Caract\u00e9ristiques de Conception: Reprise du Jeu d&#8217;extr\u00e9mit\u00e9 Rigide<\/h3>\n<div class=\"row-fluid\">\n<div class=\"rhcol span6\">\n<p>Les <a href=\"https:\/\/daemar.com\/fr\/end-play-takeup_121.html\/\">anneaux de retenue biseaut\u00e9s<\/a> sont de construction similaire aux types internes et externes standard. Ils diff\u00e8rent des anneaux standard en ce que le bord de prise de rainure est biseaut\u00e9 \u00e0 un angle de 15 \u00b0. (Le biseau est situ\u00e9 autour de la circonf\u00e9rence externe des anneaux internes, autour de la circonf\u00e9rence interne des anneaux externes.)<\/p>\n<p>Les anneaux sont con\u00e7us pour \u00eatre utilis\u00e9s dans des rainures ayant un biseau correspondant de 15 \u00b0 sur la paroi de rainure porteuse. L&#8217;anneau doit \u00eatre plac\u00e9 au moins \u00e0 mi-chemin dans la rainure pour fournir une surface de contact suffisante avec la paroi de la rainure porteuse.<\/p>\n<p>Lorsqu&#8217;un <a href=\"https:\/\/daemar.com\/fr\/end-play-takeup_121.html\/\">anneau biseaut\u00e9<\/a> est install\u00e9 dans sa gorge, il agit comme un coin entre la paroi externe de la gorge et la pi\u00e8ce \u00e0 retenir. Lorsqu&#8217;il y a un jeu axial entre l&#8217;anneau et la face de but\u00e9e de la pi\u00e8ce retenue, l&#8217;action du ressort de l&#8217;anneau am\u00e8ne l&#8217;attache \u00e0 s&#8217;installer plus profond\u00e9ment dans la rainure, compensant le jeu axial.<\/p>\n<p>Les rainures biseaut\u00e9es diff\u00e8rent des rainures annulaires standard \u00e0 deux \u00e9gards importants. Comme indiqu\u00e9 pr\u00e9c\u00e9demment, ils ont un angle de 15 \u00b0 sur la paroi externe de la rainure et ils sont consid\u00e9rablement plus profonds que les rainures annulaires standard. La paroi biseaut\u00e9e correspondant au bord biseaut\u00e9 de la bague est n\u00e9cessaire pour une efficacit\u00e9 maximale de la bague. Les charges de rainure r\u00e9pertori\u00e9es dans les tableaux de donn\u00e9es du fabricant sont bas\u00e9es sur l&#8217;engagement minimal de la bague; c&#8217;est-\u00e0-dire avec la bague plac\u00e9e \u00e0 mi-chemin dans la rainure. Pour cette raison, les charges de rainure sont l\u00e9g\u00e8rement inf\u00e9rieures aux charges maximales pour des tailles \u00e9quivalentes d&#8217;anneaux plats.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Si la dimension &#8220;A&#8221; est maintenue et que la coupe est faite avec pr\u00e9cision \u00e0 partir de l&#8217;\u00e9paulement fixe jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 l&#8217;endroit o\u00f9 la partie biseaut\u00e9e de la rainure coupe le diam\u00e8tre du bo\u00eetier ou de l&#8217;arbre, la tol\u00e9rance plus indiqu\u00e9e pour la largeur de rainure &#8220;W&#8221; peut \u00eatre maintenue ou augment\u00e9e selon les besoins . Si le bord biseaut\u00e9 de la rainure est localis\u00e9 en \u00e9tablissant la dimension &#8220;A&#8221; de l&#8217;\u00e9paulement fixe \u00e0 la paroi droite de la rainure, la tol\u00e9rance plus indiqu\u00e9e pour &#8220;W&#8221; doit \u00eatre r\u00e9duite (voir Fig. 1C) et sera r\u00e9f\u00e9renc\u00e9e comme dimension &#8220;F&#8221; (Fig.2). (Remarque: il n&#8217;est pas recommand\u00e9 de localiser une rainure en utilisant la dimension &#8220;F&#8221; car elle introduit des tol\u00e9rances \u00e9trang\u00e8res.)<\/p>\n<p>Afin de d\u00e9terminer si une <a href=\"https:\/\/daemar.com\/fr\/end-play-takeup_121.html\/\">bague biseaut\u00e9e<\/a> sera fonctionnelle dans un assemblage, une comparaison doit \u00eatre faite entre la tol\u00e9rance totale de l&#8217;assemblage et la capacit\u00e9 de la bague \u00e0 remplir cette exigence. Cet accomplissement est obtenu lorsque la bague repose n&#8217;importe o\u00f9 entre la moiti\u00e9 du bas et tout le chemin vers le bas dans la rainure en fonction de l&#8217;accumulation de tol\u00e9rance dans un assemblage particulier. Aucune tentative ne doit \u00eatre faite pour mesurer directement cette dimension car le point auquel la mesure doit \u00eatre prise n&#8217;est pas clairement d\u00e9fini en raison de la couronne d&#8217;obturation et de la conicit\u00e9 du jeu de matrice sur le bord de l&#8217;anneau. Les dimensions de la largeur de fente minimale G (anneaux internes) et du diam\u00e8tre de mesure maximal Gd (anneaux externes) fournissent un moyen rapide pour d\u00e9terminer si les <a href=\"https:\/\/daemar.com\/fr\/end-play-takeup_121.html\/\">anneaux biseaut\u00e9s<\/a> sont log\u00e9s au moins \u00e0 mi-chemin dans leurs rainures. Si l&#8217;\u00e9cart mesur\u00e9 sur un <a href=\"https:\/\/customerlink.daemarinc.com\/landing\/category\/Retaining__Rings\/Rotor__Clip%C2%AE__Retaining__Rings\/Rings__Used__for__End_--_Play__Take__Up\/VHO___--___Internal__Beveled__Housing__Ring\">anneau interne<\/a> install\u00e9 est inf\u00e9rieur \u00e0 la dimension indiqu\u00e9e, l&#8217;anneau n&#8217;est pas correctement install\u00e9 et peut tomber en panne. Si le diam\u00e8tre de mesure maximal mesur\u00e9 sur une <a href=\"https:\/\/customerlink.daemarinc.com\/landing\/category\/Retaining__Rings\/Rotor__Clip%C2%AE__Retaining__Rings\/Rings__Used__for__End_--_Play__Take__Up\/VSH___--___External__Beveled__Shaft__Ring\">bague externe<\/a> install\u00e9e est sup\u00e9rieur \u00e0 la dimension indiqu\u00e9e, une fois encore, la bague est mal plac\u00e9e et peut tomber en panne. Dans les deux cas, l&#8217;anneau doit \u00eatre retir\u00e9 et un autre install\u00e9. Si la condition persiste, l&#8217;ensemble de l&#8217;assemblage doit \u00eatre v\u00e9rifi\u00e9 pour des tol\u00e9rances excessives sur les pi\u00e8ces conserv\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Les exigences actuelles de r\u00e9duction des co\u00fbts s&#8217;\u00e9tendent \u00e0 chaque composant d&#8217;un assemblage. Les m\u00e9thodes de fixation qui n\u00e9cessitent plusieurs composants tels que des cales et des rondelles doivent \u00eatre r\u00e9\u00e9valu\u00e9es pour d\u00e9terminer des alternatives faisables. Les <a href=\"https:\/\/daemar.com\/fr\/end-play-takeup_121.html\/\">anneaux de retenue biseaut\u00e9s<\/a> sont une option claire ouvrant la voie \u00e0 une r\u00e9tention efficace avec un co\u00fbt minimum en mat\u00e9riaux et en main-d&#8217;\u0153uvre.
