Les vannes en question avaient \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9vis\u00e9es au moins une fois par an au cours des dix derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"rhcol span1\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"row-fluid\">\n<div class=\"rhcol span7\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><b>La solution<br \/>\n<\/b>Les tentatives pr\u00e9c\u00e9dentes pour rem\u00e9dier au probl\u00e8me avec diff\u00e9rentes configurations de garniture et des tiges chrom\u00e9es n&#8217;ont pas abouti. La solution consistait \u00e0 installer un ensemble Kalrez\u00ae KVSP \u2122 fourni par James Walker &amp; Co. Ltd, en conjonction avec une tige rev\u00eatue de c\u00e9ramique.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La garniture de tige de valve DuPont \u2122 Kalrez\u00ae est reconnue comme la principale solution bas\u00e9e sur la garniture pour aider \u00e0 r\u00e9duire les \u00e9missions d&#8217;air fugitives et les fuites de soupapes dans les processus de fabrication de produits chimiques et p\u00e9troliers. Les syst\u00e8mes ont \u00e9t\u00e9 utilis\u00e9s avec succ\u00e8s dans des centaines de produits chimiques diff\u00e9rents, notamment le benz\u00e8ne, le chlorure de vinyle, le chlore, le fluor, la vapeur, l&#8217;eau chaude et les fluides caloporteurs.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Chez BP Chemicals, nous estimons qu&#8217;un arr\u00eat impr\u00e9vu d\u00fb \u00e0 une fuite de soupape peut co\u00fbter \u00e0 l&#8217;usine jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 56 000 \u00a3 par an par r\u00e9acteur.
