Cependant, il est important de se rappeler que les charges dynamiques doivent tenir compte des facteurs d&#8217;\u00e9lasticit\u00e9 en compression pour d\u00e9terminer le potentiel de fonctionnement maximal. Veuillez contacter Daemar pour obtenir de l&#8217;aide \u00e0 la conception.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<hr style=\"border: 1px solid #cecece;\" \/>\n<div class=\"row-fluid\">\n<div class=\"rhcol span12\"><strong>Lubrification<\/strong><br \/>\nBien qu&#8217;Ultracomp soit class\u00e9 comme mat\u00e9riau autolubrifiant, l&#8217;utilisation d&#8217;une lubrification am\u00e9liorera, dans la plupart des cas, les performances \u00e0 long terme des roulements. La friction est r\u00e9duite et donc l&#8217;accumulation de chaleur, ce qui prolonge la dur\u00e9e de vie. Dans les applications \u00e0 forte charge et oscillantes, les additifs lubrifiants contenus dans l&#8217;Ultracomp sont attir\u00e9s vers la surface et maintiennent une source continue de film lubrifiant \u00e0 faible friction. L&#8217;utilisation de graisses lourdes peut pi\u00e9ger des d\u00e9bris et entra\u00eener un effet de rodage sur le roulement. Daemar recommande une huile ou une graisse l\u00e9g\u00e8re si votre application n\u00e9cessite une lubrification.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"row-fluid\">\n<hr style=\"border: 1px solid #cecece;\" \/>\n<div class=\"row-fluid\">\n<div class=\"rhcol span12\"><strong>Friction<\/strong><br \/>\nLe coefficient de frottement est directement affect\u00e9 par la charge et la vitesse de l&#8217;application. En r\u00e8gle g\u00e9n\u00e9rale, les valeurs du coefficient de friction d&#8217;Ultracomp sont comprises entre 0,08 et 0,15. Plus la charge de travail est \u00e9lev\u00e9e, plus les valeurs de friction seront faibles. Le stick slip est pratiquement \u00e9limin\u00e9 apr\u00e8s le rodage du roulement et le frottement statique et dynamique continu sera constant \u00e0 partir de ce moment. Pour des valeurs de frottement plus sp\u00e9cifiques, contactez Daemar.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<hr style=\"border: 1px solid #cecece;\" \/>\n<div class=\"row-fluid\">\n<div class=\"rhcol span12\"><strong>Surfaces de contact<\/strong><br \/>\nPour des performances optimales d&#8217;usure et de friction, Daemar recommande une finition de surface de 12 \u00e0 16 RMS sur la surface de contact dynamique. La surface statique du mat\u00e9riel doit \u00eatre de 32 rms pour une meilleure r\u00e9tention des roulements. La duret\u00e9 minimale du composant d&#8217;accouplement dynamique doit \u00eatre de 45RC ou plus. Nous d\u00e9conseillons le chrome car cela peut augmenter l\u2019usure du roulement. L&#8217;ENP, le plasma et d&#8217;autres proc\u00e9d\u00e9s de rev\u00eatement dur sont souhaitables. L&#8217;acier inoxydable peut \u00eatre utilis\u00e9 avec les produits Ultracomp dans certaines conditions, mais nous vous recommandons d&#8217;appeler Daemar pour examiner les d\u00e9tails de votre application.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"row-fluid\">\n<hr style=\"border: 1px solid #cecece;\" \/>\n<div class=\"row-fluid\">\n<div class=\"rhcol span12\"><strong>Installation des roulements Ultracomp<\/strong><br \/>\nIl y a plusieurs facteurs \u00e0 prendre en consid\u00e9ration pour que l&#8217;ajustement correct des mat\u00e9riaux des roulements Ultracomp d\u00e9pende du strict respect de ces facteurs de conception. Veuillez vous r\u00e9f\u00e9rer aux tableaux 1 \u00e0 3 \u00e0 la page 6 pour les donn\u00e9es d&#8217;ajustement \u00e0 la presse, de fermeture et de jeu de fonctionnement. Les roulements Ultracomp peuvent \u00eatre mont\u00e9s \u00e0 froid ou coll\u00e9s dans certaines applications. Contactez Daemar pour toute question concernant l\u2019ajustement et la finition.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<hr style=\"border: 1px solid #cecece;\" \/>\n<div class=\"row-fluid\">\n<div class=\"rhcol span12\"><strong>Vitesse<\/strong><br \/>\nDans la plupart des cas, la vitesse maximale soutenue pour Ultracomp est de 15 sfpm. L&#8217;Ultracomp \u00e9tant un mat\u00e9riau isolant, la g\u00e9n\u00e9ration de chaleur par friction ne permet pas des vitesses de rotation \u00e9lev\u00e9es. En lubrification, les vitesses peuvent \u00eatre consid\u00e9rablement plus \u00e9lev\u00e9es. En raison des propri\u00e9t\u00e9s de transfert de chaleur du fluide. L&#8217;eau est un excellent agent lubrifiant pour Ultracomp, comme le sont toutes les graisses et huiles. Les solvants actifs peuvent toutefois poser probl\u00e8me. Ultracomp est stable aux UV et est recommand\u00e9 pour une utilisation ext\u00e9rieure \u00e0 long terme.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<hr style=\"border: 1px solid #cecece;\" \/>\n<div class=\"row-fluid\">\n<div class=\"rhcol span12\">\n<p><strong>\u00c9lectrique et magn\u00e9tique<\/strong><br \/>\nLes produits Ultracomp sont d&#8217;excellents mat\u00e9riaux di\u00e9lectriques et peuvent \u00eatre utilis\u00e9s dans les appareillages de puissance, les entretoises di\u00e9lectriques, les bagues de but\u00e9e et les \u00e9quipements similaires. Ultracomp n&#8217;est pas magn\u00e9tique et ne supportera pas de charge statique.<\/p>\n<p>R\u00e9sistance d&#8217;isolation \u2013 2,000 M\u00e9gaOhms<br \/>\nRigidit\u00e9 di\u00e9lectrique \u2013 210 V\/mil<span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<hr style=\"border: 1px solid #cecece;\" \/>\n<div class=\"row-fluid\">\n<div class=\"rhcol span12\"><strong>Dilatation thermique<\/strong><br \/>\nPuisque les produits Ultracomp sont isolants par nature, il est tr\u00e8s important de consid\u00e9rer les valeurs de dilatation thermique lors du processus de conception.
